The County mechanical guideline is a list of code titles. These packets are the order a PE uses before the upload, on inspection day, when the stamp says Approved as Noted, and when the clerk asks which fee category you are in. They are Masterbuild working tools. They are not Miami-Dade forms and not copies of County PDFs. Unincorporated folio 30. Confirm the live County page.

Mechanical pre-upload
Occupancy and process first. Outdoor air, grease, garage height, refrigerant class. Spanish: ES.
Inspection day
Do not call it on a UP#. Job Copy on site. Pad, guards, access. Spanish: ES.
Approved as Noted
Notes on the stamp still bind. Clearances and interlocks get drawn, not noted. Spanish: ES.

Send the PDF. Masterbuild will say which row is actually open — outdoor air, grease, a special-process exhaust, or a garage mount — and what drawing closes it.
