Selected work, without confidential client files.

Named projects are published only with authorization. The cards below describe roles, disciplines, and the technical problem class — not fabricated outcomes, approval rates, or savings claims.

Existing-building feasibility — commercial

Jurisdiction: Florida. Discipline: mechanical / ventilation. Role: technical review of a partner feasibility report before owner presentation. Problem class: a ventilation gap that would have surfaced later as an owner conversation rather than a design correction. Source: published partner quote; relationship confirmable on request.

Monthly sealed MEP production

With MEPTECH Solutions. Role: qualifying PE and responsible design professional. Residential MEP sets; mechanical and plumbing on commercial. Problem class: consistent, permit-minded production where the PE of record is also the reviewer of the set.

Energy-site field verification

With Roble Technologies. Role: field verifications and site visits supporting energy-site work. Problem class: existing conditions confirmed in the field rather than copied from a record drawing.

Commercial existing-conditions assessments

With Existing Building LLC. Role: existing-conditions assessment reports. Problem class: infrastructure, capacity, and due-diligence questions that should be answered before capital moves.

Plan review, both sides of the counter

Preparing permit sets in private practice and reviewing plans on the public side. Problem class: comment language, evidence on the sheet, and what a reviewer can actually verify from the submission.

These descriptions do not disclose client identities, addresses, or drawing content. They are not performance statistics. Additional references are provided during scope review when the inquiry is real.
