Privacy policy

Masterbuild Consulting (MasterBuild Contractors & Engineering Services LLC; public brand Masterbuild Consulting) collects only what is needed to respond to a professional inquiry, deliver a purchased guide, or operate the Code Desk email list.

What is collected

• Project intake: name, email, phone, organization, project facts you submit, and any document link you provide. Processed via FormSubmit and delivered to osmany.portal@masterbuildconsulting.com.
• Email list: email address and tags you opt into, processed by Buttondown.
• Paid guides: name, email, and payment metadata processed by Stripe. Masterbuild does not store card numbers.
• Analytics: privacy-conscious page and event data via Plausible (no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking).
• Scheduling: Calendly collects the information you enter to book a scoping call.

What is not done

Masterbuild does not sell subscriber or inquiry data, does not run advertising pixels on this site, and does not use inquiry files to train public models.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained as professional correspondence. Guide fulfillment records follow Stripe and ordinary business-record practice. You may unsubscribe from Code Desk at any time. To request deletion of an inquiry that did not become an engagement, email osmany.portal@masterbuildconsulting.com.
