- Isometrics, slope, cleanouts — readable, not “per code.”
- Grease interceptor sized to the menu; vented; its own fee category.
- Backflow named at the connection that needs it (potable, irrigation, fire water, hydronic makeup).
- Water heater: exact change-out or new. Fuel-fired next to a garage is also 304.6.
- Sanitary replacement, storm, and public-sewer connection are different doors.
- Medical gas is not general plumbing.
Condensate is mechanical 307 and plumbing where it lands. Kitchen: Type I / Type II.

Fixture count, food service or not, interceptor existing or new, water-heater change-out or new, comments PDF, folio.
If the restaurant TI has a three-compartment sink and no interceptor on the isometric
Send the fixture list and the menu if you have it. Masterbuild will say whether plumbing still has no interceptor row — or the condensate from the new rooftop unit has nowhere legal to land.
