Plumbing comments are usually a missing isometric, not a missing fixture.
MasterBuild’s plumbing work on a permit set is the same standard as the mechanical sheets: fixture units, waste and vent isometrics, grease where the menu requires it, water-heater combustion and relief, and a County checklist pass before upload.
What the drawings should identify
- Fixture schedule with fixture units, not just a count of water closets
- Waste, vent, and water isometrics that can actually be reviewed
- Grease interceptor basis when the occupancy produces grease-laden waste
- Water-heater type, combustion air / venting, pan, and relief routing
- Existing vs new vs demo on remodel work
- Whether the site is on public sewer — or an OSTDS / septic and private well path
County checklists already on this site

Restaurant TI without a grease path
A Type I hood on the mechanical sheets and no grease interceptor on the plumbing sheets is two comments, not one. Coordinate the menu, the hood, and the waste. Hood + interceptor · plumbing VE.
What to send
Architectural plumbing plan, fixture cut sheets if unusual, existing riser photos on a remodel, and whether sewer/water are public or on-site. Restaurants: add the equipment schedule.
Send the plumbing plan
