- How many services. Where the disconnect is. What the available fault current is. Equipment short-circuit current rating (SCCR) has to have a number to sit against.
- Grounding electrode system drawn — not “ground per code.”
- Emergency / legally required standby / optional standby: National Electrical Code Articles 700, 701, 702. Pick one. Sign the load.
- Fire-alarm occupancy trigger matches the architect’s occupancy — not the door sign.
- Exact AC change-out is electrical Category 31 and still needs a mechanical permit.

If the one-line has no available fault current
Send the one-line. Masterbuild will say whether SCCR even has a number to sit against — or Category 31 was pulled and mechanical never was.
