- Approved plans match the fixtures that are actually in the building. If the menu changed, amend before you call.
- Water-pipe test and drain-waste-vent (DWV) / building-sewer test are different rows. Receptors filled. Cover, grade, and the adopted water/sewer separation — confirm the table, do not guess a number.
- If metallic water service was the grounding electrode, do not replace it with non-metallic until another approved electrode is in place.
- Plumbing final looks for the water meter set by the purveyor. No meter, no final.
- Gas is its own inspection type: pressure test, then bonding if there is no electrical permit covering that bond. Gas bond packet. LP tank distances are NFPA 58 — we do not publish a number here.

What to send
Inspection type (ground rough, rough, water test, gas, final), fixture count vs plans, whether the meter is set, comments if you already failed.
If plumbing final is tomorrow and the meter is not set
Send the inspection type. Masterbuild will say whether plumbing still has no meter row — not whether the inspector will pass.
