- Which electrodes are actually on this site, bonded together as a system. If metallic water service is the electrode, plumbing cannot swap it to plastic until another approved electrode is in place.
- Underground: cover, warning ribbon, allowance for ground movement — before backfill. Slab conduits in footings are a separate inspection from the service.
- This is not a work-with and not a new service. Calling the wrong inspection type is a wasted truck.

What to send
Inspection type, a photo of the electrode as it will be when the inspector arrives, and whether metallic water service is still in the picture.
If the pour is tomorrow and the electrode has never been seen
Send the photo. Masterbuild will say whether grounding still has no row — not whether the inspector will pass.
