- Permit card matches the route. Previous comments get read. Do not call final while a partial is open.
- Listed equipment. Interrupting ratings. Unused openings closed. Equipment short-circuit current rating (SCCR) and available fault current need numbers.
- Working space is dedicated space, not storage. Entrance, exit, illumination — shown, not hoped. We do not invent a clearance number.
- Disconnects identified. Panel directories filled. A marker that says “AC” on six breakers is not a directory.
- Underground and slab happen before the pour. Work-with is a different door from a new service. Foundation grounding: electrode visible, then pour.
