- Work-with — existing service, FPL drops and picks up while you repair. Thirty-day clock. Access every panel.
- Temporary power / construction service — a system that is not the permanent service. Name duration, load, grounding, who removes it.
- A generator for construction is still listed equipment with grounding and exhaust. It is not “plug into the house.”
- HB 803 did not exempt mechanical, and it did not exempt temporary electrical just because it is temporary.
