The County electrical guideline is a photo log.
The County electrical guideline is 28 inspection rows plus thermography, and most rows want a photograph. A panel directory from 1987 is not the report. - Before the walk: notice, folio, occupancy vs present use, aerial, prior reports, permitted electrical work since the last cycle, keys to every electric room, meter stack, roof, garage, generator, and pool equipment.
- Service, metering, electric rooms. Voltage, amperage, fuses vs breakers, phase, clearances. Photograph the condition. Do not invent a working-space number.
- Panels and branch circuits. The County form has a row for circuits that “must be identified.” Deteriorated conductors are a different row.
- Grounding of service and grounding of equipment are two rows. A bond you cannot see is not “good.”
- Thermography has its own section. If infrared of the service and panels is not scheduled, the packet is not complete.
- Emergency lighting, egress illumination, fire alarm, smoke detectors, exit lights, generator. N/A only when the building does not have the system.
- Garage wiring and illumination, pool wiring, wiring to mechanical equipment. The 8C-3 parking-lot certificate is a separate measurement from the recertification walk. Do both.

Electrical cannot be backdated to match someone else’s calendar.
What to send
The notice, access reality (which rooms you can open), and any prior electrical recertification. Do not reconstruct a riser from memory.
If nobody has scheduled thermography and the electric room is a storage closet
Send the notice and a photo of the door. Masterbuild will say whether readiness still has no access plan — or the thermography row is still empty.
