“Per NFPA 211” is a code path, not a drawing.
IMC 806.1 sends metal chimneys to NFPA 211. Show type, materials, supports, clearances, penetrations, termination, and access — or expect the comment.
Do not assume standard duct or vent construction applies. Factory-built listed systems are IMC 805, a different path.

If the chimney is metal and the note is the entire spec
Send the routing through floors and roof, and any existing photos. Masterbuild will say whether this is 805, 806, or a vent/connector instead.
