- On the unit and in the schedule. One without the other is half a mark. The tag has to match M-601.
- A water heater that only serves the room it sits in is not this section. A rooftop unit, a closet air handler, or a boiler that feeds other floors is.
- Write the floors or suites. A Sharpie on the filter door that does not match the schedule is not 304.12.
- The load file, the schedule, and the tag have to tell the same story. If the tons do not match the load file, that is 312 — a different comment.

Relabel under a temporary certificate of occupancy is more expensive than a schedule note.

If four identical units are already on the roof with no tags
Send the schedule. Masterbuild will say whether 304.12 still has no row — not which tenant is dark.
