Architect brief
Address and occupancy; stage (SD / DD / CD / comments); architectural PDF or share link; whether a kitchen, garage, or healthcare room is in play; the decision on the table (start CDs, answer comments, or screen an existing building). CAD attachments are not accepted — use a share link.
